A vegan is a person who tries to avoid eating meat.

Explanation: This happens because of environmental, health, or ethical reasons. Sometimes vegans, become vegans because its bad for their health or because they start to think deeply about animals and they think they deserve a life such as we do. A vegan’s particular diet sticks to fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, breads, rice, pasta, and dairy alternatives such as almond milk, or coconut milk. Vegans don’t drink regular milk or eat cheese because they’re foods related to animals. These are two dairy products that vegans try to avoid. I guess you can consider that being lactose intolerant.
