Explanation:

Persuasive tongue is used to instigate and encourage people. This is done through the strong use of various rhetorical devices, figures of speech and expressions that have a strong psychological impact and that can manipulate a person's thoughts about something or someone. Thus, when using a persuasive language, the author of a given speech stimulates imposing an idea, going beyond convincing and making listeners follow the reasoning advocated, whether to hurt and heal, divide and unite.
