2. my target audience would be the people and government because this are the two types of people that would be interested in my the article i write.

1.  The style I would acquire would be compelling/conclusive. Because these two are really vital in my opinion, these words fluctuate the way you perceive things and the way you ponder.

2. My target audience would be individuals and the authorities because these two types would be intrigued by the article I wrote.
