cynical, you may write a parody. A parody uses the form of the original to poke fun.
For this assignment, you would write your parody in sonnet form but employ
techniques like hyperbole, understatement, or irony to mock the love poem genre,
the idea of love in general, or some dynamic of your chosen couple's relationship.
