I think what a person does and what a person thinks is a good manifestation of a what type of person is someone. The things that a person does is much more important than what he/she thinks. Opinions are products of thoughts and they are most of the time subjective thus, bias and the deeds or the output of someone are usually the measuring element of what kind of person is someone. Therefore, it is better to look at what someone does than minding what he/she thinks considering the fact you may not know everything in what he/she thinks.

i have read the novel roll of thunder hear my cry by mildred d. taylor.

1. this isn't like any other story i've read or watched because it is about a black family in mississippi right after slavery in the u.s. had become illegal. most of the novels i have read were about slavery. another point is that the author of the novel used symbolism in a way i haven't seen before. for example she uses thunder as something negative meaning something bad will happen. but by the end of the novel, she made thunder a good thing.

2.   one character that changed during the novel was stacey. stacey is the eldest child of the black logan family. around the begging of the novel stacey was avoiding the white boy jeremy simms. he had a dislike for jeremy's family. but at the end of the novel stacey began to like jeremy.

3. the author starts the novel with the problem that the children of the logan family have to avoid the white kid school bus while walking to school.

laughter and happiness are an essential part of life. laughing releases the body's "feel good" chemicals. thus, it provides long or short term relief from stress and or anxiety. more or less, laughing strengthens social connections and provides an easy approach in social related situations.

moreover, there are many benefits of laughter and humor. it's as if they play the role of superhero to combat anxiety and depression, according to researchers. happiness and laughter is the best medicine for teen mental health.

scientists tell us that laughter and humor actually, believe it or not, lower blood pressure, reduce stress hormones and increase muscle flexion. there are many benefits to happiness and laughter, and they so happen to increase the circulation of antibodies in the blood stream and make us resistant to infections.

as stated before, laughing releases your body's "feel good" chemicals, and on a related note, negative stress can cause your body to release chemicals that weaken your immune system which makes you more likely to contract a disease. luckily, laughter reduces negative stress and prevents those chemicals from being released.
