Explanation:

A) The least important factors are that wild flowers are being killed by sprays. This is not of concern infact this is good sometimes as many of wild plants are poisonous and presence of such plants near the resident houses is dangerous. Many leaves are poisonous, it can harm domestic animals when they eat them it may cause them to die.

Many people are not using bicycle and it is not even compulsory in any area.  It is good for health of a person to use bicycle but we cannot force someone to use it for their commuting. Many people are old aged and cannot ride bicycle for long traveling. This is least point of concern of environment minister.

B) It is an important issue that roads are constructed in agricultural land. This is serious point of concern as if agricultural land is demolished there will be less crop growth. This may cause scarcity of food crops. The prices will be then high for limited available agricultural products and people will not be able to afford it.

If toxic waste is dumped in rivers and streams it will pollute the natural resource and basic necessity will not be available. People will be forced to drink polluted water which will cause them incurable diseases like cancer and organ failure. There will be health emergency in the state if large number of people become victim of polluted and toxic water.
