But I always end up investigating the source of this feeling, and understand that the desire to “run away” is basically a manifestation of deeper suffering.

It is your mind pulling a trick on you.

Let me explain.

Your mind is looking for a shortcut. Maybe it is used to looking shortcuts, and maybe the suffering is to intense to deal with so your mind tries to protect itself by running away from the core problem.

But always, there is some underlying suffering the brings your mind to push this thought forward. Ask yourself several questions:

Are you happy with your day-to-day routine?

Are there some threats that your are trying to avoid?

What do you struggle with?

After asking yourself these question, and letting yourself be extremely honest with yourself, you will be able to identify the issue, or at least a part of it, and put it into words.

Then you have a clear problem in front of you (too much debt, social struggle, family issues, career satisfaction issues, etc.).

today except something good to happen to you no matter what might have occoured yesterday. realise the past no longer holds you captive.It can only continue to hurt you if you hold on to it . let the past go. A simply abandont world awaits.

well, this took me a long time to time to time and it has a lot of hardwork by me. Trying to make you happy and forget the thing to dissaper and quit your life.
