Day dreaming verses dreaming in night whhich one is better

When you are day dreaming, you know you are. When you are dreaming you may or may not be aware. They have the same affect but are so different. For me, neither are quite valued. For someone else, they might love to dream. I prefer neither because I prefer the harsh, non sugar coated reality of things. It´s where I like to remain and take action.

This is not to say dreams are to be forgotten, Every element of life should be at least worth some memory and resemblance. :)
