Research the celebrations or ways your local community celebrates Juneteenth. Is it a state holiday? What festivities happen in your area? What could you do if your community does not have celebrations?

People would usually be of school or work on this day.  if your community did not have celebrations then you could organize for your neighbourhood to meet either at your place or local area like a church, centre or park where you could offer free food and more information on that celebration.
