The idea of an "American Identity" has evolved dramatically since our nation's creation. What is your perspective of the American identity? There is no "correct" answer, but your response should be thoughtful. How would you describe the culture of the United States? Think about this on a macro (entire country as a culture) scale and a micro (your community's culture) scale. Think of a book you've read or a movie you've seen that exhibits this perspective.
