Read the following passage: I had studied hard for my driving test. While learning to
drive, I had a tendency to speed, so I was especially careful
to avoid going too fast in the weeks leading up to the test. I
kept a constant eye on the speedometer during the test,
making sure I never went a single mile per hour over the
limit. About halfway through the test, I was pulled over by a
police officer, who warned me that going too slowly on a
major street was dangerous behavior.
Based on this work of satire, what is most likely the author's opinion?
O A. That learning to drive from an instructor is pointless
B. That worrying too much can make things worse
C. That being a studious and careful driver pays off
D. That the narrator was unfairly targeted
