You have been asked by your uncle to create a simple program to calculate the salary of his

employees for his “Home Decoration” shop. He employs three people altogether. Two of them

are permanent employees and the remaining one is a casual employee.

Permanent employees get paid a fixed salary of $1000 per week. Casual employees get paid per

hour at a rate of $15 per hour. Depending on how many hours they do per week, they get paid

accordingly.

All employees (Permanent or casual) also get an extra bonus if they make any sale. The bonus is

$5 for any single sale on top of their base salary. If they make two sales, they get $10, three

sales $15 etc. The maximum bonus an employee can receive in a week is $50.

Write a program in C++ to show the following:

- The weekly base salary of each employee. For the casual employee, make sure you

enter the number of weekly hours undertaken.

- The weekly total salary for each employee. This include the base salary and any bonus.
