Like anything else social media has pros & cons. Social media is known to be the cause of things going viral! Social media can provide positives changes in the communities and the world if people shared there problems and gained enough help and support from people on these social media sites. So basically yes, social media could provide us with positive changes by gaining support and help from others on the internet by simply making a post and making it be seen.
