I wasn't exactly thinking I was going to be spending the rest of the school year watching netflix and playing video games but here we are. In March is when they said that the world was going through a lockdown. But what did that mean? No more going to the mall to hang out with friends, no more going to school, no more going out anymore. Although the no going to school part sounded nice, things started getting really boring quickly at home.

I ran out of shows to watch on Netflix and I think I cleaned out the fridge pretty good. I painted all the canvas in my house and learned 13 new songs on the piano. I think personally I've had more time to myself and I found things out about myself I didn't even know I could do. I didn't know I could do a back flip? I didn't know I could sing. Although this is a horrible time for the world, individually everyones getting to know themselves better. Just be safe and, wash your hands.

This is what I did during this time and you can go and edit somethings if you like but this is a basic outline of a short story line. :) good luck.

i hate lockdown, i keep thinking it is a nightmare that won't ever end. i pray every night for it to go away. i was scared. i still am scared. i have cystic fibrosis so i have to self isolate which means i can't go out the front door. and i keep worrying and worrying. before lockdown even started, i was told be my teacher at school that i shouldn't be there, i should be at home staying safe, so i told my foster mum when i got home and she told me that is what to happen.

so because i love school and i finally had found some friends that care, i ran up stairs in tears because i didn't want to stay at home. i know it is silly but that is what happen, and then i was told school was shut, it made me feel a little bit better as i knew no-one was at school. but even staying at home was getting boring. i do learn better when i am with people and there is someone to explain what words means.

i worry a lot, and that worry can lead to panic attacks. schoolwork stresses me out, as i feel so dumb like i don't know anything at all. i worry what would happen to me if i get it. i have been told that i wouldn't live if i did, which makes it worse. and then i think about my foster family, the ones that tuck me in. the ones that care, what if they get it? who would look after me then?

sometimes i don't sleep and hearing have many have left us everyday doesn't help at all. i try to write and sing songs to calm me down, i do diamond dotz, quilling, reading, anything to stop worrying. but it still didn't work. my foster mum, how realised that i was scared so she told me worry only makes it worse, if i stay in and do my physio, everything will be ok.

she told me to think of my fav things when i am worried, and she said to listen to the news so we can see what is going on. and now that what is happening, i have wrote a song on lockdown.  it has the key messages in it like stay at home and save their life's.

lockdown can be scare but it is for our safety and together we can help everyone by staying in.

clover, the mare, believes she remembers that the fourth commandment forbade sleeping in beds because it was something that humans did. snowball, napoleon, and the pigs are brain-workers who look after the welfare of the farm. they are the obvious leaders because they are smart, and so they are entitled to eat the best food and sleep in beds. it is squealer, who says these lines making the difference between sleeping with sheets, what humans do, and sleeping in beds, what pigs do. the unwillingness to question authority makes the oppressed to obey without thinking.
