Living with integrity means that there is a sense of completeness in your being. Integrity embraces positive traits, including honesty, fairness, and justice. If you are living with all of these characteristics, you can say that you're living a life of high quality.

Dignity suggests behaving esteemed and honored. If you lose with dignity, you're saying that you value what happened, if it is a competition or a contest. But at the same time, you gave respect to your competitors or adversaries.

To win with humility means that you are proud of what you accomplished, but you are not boastful of what you achieved. Both deal with pride. The only difference is the amount of pride conveyed. The former says enough, while the latter says too much. And too much of everything is terrible. If you embody all these traits and convey them to everyone you meet, a world ca be a better place.
