1. Why do you want to be a part of the Leadership class?

2. What would you want to accomplish/achieve next year at our school?

3. What do you believe is the most effective way to motivate and lead others? What is an example or an experience you have had as a leader?

4. Why do you feel you would be a great addition to this class/program next year, and explain a committee you feel you would be most beneficial in? *
