hand to the right" and the door is opened? Make sure that your ending fits into the
context of the story. Questions to consider: What was behind the door he picked? What
happened after he chose? Was the princess loyal to her lover or did she betray him?
How did the king feel about the man's choice? You may begin your paper with "Every
heart stopped beating, every breath was held, every eve was fixed upon that man.
Without the slightest hesitation, he went to the door on the right and opened it."
