N some languages, nouns and verbs are stressed sounds and children who speak those languages seem to learn nouns and verbs first. In other languages, prefixes and suffixes are stressed and children learn those sounds first. This idea that children are preprogrammed to focus on "stressed" sounds is a part of which view of language development?
