(1) My sister Gabriel is good at talking on the phone. (2) In fact, she talks on it so much that I’m not sure she has any other skills. (3) When she isn’t talking on her cell phone, she walks around wearing her Bluetooth headset just in case some juicy gossip comes her way. (4) She gets angry with me when I tell her, “You know, you’re not so important that you need to wear that all the time. (5) You look ridiculous!” (6) Mom asked Gabriel to take me to my baseball game the other day. (7) Luckily, Mom doesn’t let her drive and talk. (8) This is a very good thing. (9) On our way out, Gabriel tripped on a rug right outside the front door while talking to her friend Pam on the topic of hair gel. (10) At the game, Gabriel walked up the stands yakking away without saying "excuse me" as she squeezed by people to sit down. (11) Then, she talked about how cheap her boyfriend was, information I’m sure everyone else in the stands cared about. (12) Then, I watched as she bought cotton candy from a salesman without giving him the time of day. (13) To make things even worse, her screaming into the phone was distracting my team.
