What main idea is expressed in the second stanza of “A Valediction: Forbidding Mourning”?

Crying over separation from a loved one is never appropriate, even in private.

You can never truly love another when he or she is far away.

Do not express to others outward, dramatic emotions about the death of a loved one.

Individuals should express all of their emotions for one another publicly.
