I received a letter from Aman yesterday and I am very sad to know that you have not been keeping good health.You must take care of your health if you want to do your work efficiently.

If you want to live a healthy life then you should wake up early in the morning and should go for a walk.If possible then kindly do exercise daily.

Be very careful about your diet , it must be simple and nourishing , have your meals at a fixed time. you must take milk instead of Tea and coffee. You must avoid junk food because junk food affect our health in many ways and excessive amount of junk food in our body cause various diseases .

Some impact of junk food are- cause various kind of cancer , leads to obesity , cardiovascular disease and many more diseases. so kindly avoid such foods.

I am sure that you will follow my advice, you will soon regain your health.
