According to Ralph Waldo Emerson, he said the first wealth is health. Health is the most pertinent and long lasting wealth. Health is wealth is a proverb which means the state of well being, free from disease or diseases both physical and mental is indeed wealthy.

Health is considers wealth because when you are healthy, you have enormous capacity to physically and mentally create wealth. You can only be productive if you are healthy. A rich individual can afford various luxuries and can buy anything he feels except good health, and he or she can not enjoy these luxuries without good health. Therefore good health is considered the most valuable and precious thing for every individual.

Bedi Kanwal educate people that health is the most important and long lasting wealth. But it’s unfortunate most people are in a race to earn materialistic wealth, we often ignore the importance of good wealth, without good health it is impossible to enjoy the wealth amassed.
