subject: june conference?

dear sir or madam

we are hoping to hold our international sales conference in your town in june, as it is convenient located for all our reps. it seems from your website that your hotel may be able to join our needs, but there are a few things i need to check.

we would like to hold the conference on 14th and 15th june. we would need a conference room to hold 60 people over two days. could you say me if this would be possible?

your website mentions teleconferencing. can you clarify what equipment is dispensable exactly?

we would need a buffet lunch each day. can you tell me an idea of the kind of food you provide?

if you can accommodation our conference, could you let me know your best rate, ?

i would also like to find if there is a local minibus service for taking up our attendees from the airport and station, and taking them back there.

i would be grateful if you could give back to me as soon as possible on this, by email or under the phone, as we will be making a decision this week.

you in advance.

yours,
