‘D’ is writing your name- not beginning the story or helping you.

‘C’ will get you started because usually when one is angry it is because of a situation- which means you already have a story (or a sequence of events) to write.

‘A’ could get you started as it might be a writing prompt- beginning from the end to explain what happened. It’s hard to explain.
