Constitutional rights, such as freedom of speech and the press, and the right to be held in jail only if you are charged with a crime, should never be suspended. People should already have the right at birth to be their own person, to live their life the way they so please.

We shouldn't need have to have laws that say when and how we can be free, when we are our own person, why should other people, who don't even know us, have to tell us how to live, and what we can or cannot do?
