I assume this is a Part B for the previous question you had asked.

An appeal to emotions may include descriptions of events or places that have emotional meanings to the audience. Words with strong emotional connections may also be used, such as "friends," "heart," and "cry."  

Brutus wins hands down.  

"Romans, countrymen, and lovers!"

His opening uses the words that hold sentimental meanings in both diction and connotation.  

"If there be any in this assembly, any dear friend of  

Caesar’s, to him I say, that Brutus’ love to Caesar  

was no less than his."

There goes that word "friend" again. Brutus uses pathos by attempting to guilt trip his audience.

answer: to review what went well and learn how to do it better next time

explanation: you do this so incase you did bad on this interview you can reflect back on it and fix the mistakes you missed and when you do another interview you will do great because you reflected and studied what you did wrong
