However, it’s not always healthy. More and more fast food chains are showing up across nations leading to many health issues. Eating out too often can increase your weight if you’re not watching it. Often, foods found in these restaurant chains are coated in unnecessary oils,fats, and sugars that allow for it to cook faster so you can get in with your day; making them even more unhealthy
