Distraught, Mr Heron jumped from the fire escape along with the rose and bottle of wine that he had brought for the occasion. Thus began the haunting of the Grimes Building. When Jason knew of the details of the tragic story, he decided to make things right for the two lovers and devised a plan. And through this plan, Jason also reveals his feelings for his secretary Miss Golden and both took part in the plan. The curse that was upon whoever encountered the ghost turns out to be the connecting stream for the two lovers.
