What is the main difference between the limited and omniscient third-person narrative point of view?

A third-person limited point of view is when the narrator knows as much as the reader does. A third-person omniscient point of view is when the narrator knows the feelings/emotions of the character.

The main difference between the limited and omniscent third- person narrative point of view is the scope and the characteristics of the point of view.  If the writer just sets the focus on one character- the third person- , the reader learns about that character's feelings and thoughts. Therefore, the point of view is limited to only that character. This limited point of view is subjective.  On the other hand, if the writer sets the focus on all the characters and their actions, the reader learns about the whole story. This story is told by an invisible , god-like narrator. The point of view is unlimited and objective.

substitute y = 2x - 4 to x + 2y = 12:

x + 2(2x - 4) = 12     use distributive property

x + (2)(2x) + () = 12

x + 4x - 8 = 12     add 8 to both sides

5x = 20     divide both sides by 5

x = 4

put the value of x to the first equation:

y = 2(4) - 4

y = 8 - 4

y = 4

the correct answer is video games and fast food.
