In order to get fit you have to eat healthy, exercise daily, and have good higene

To get fit, I simply motivate and push myself to do better. I always have the mindset that I'm going to do this tomorrow but it never happens. Recently, I have been pushing myself and doing small workouts whether it be running, jogging, walking, yoga, pilates, it's all beneficial. Another way is to drink a lot of water and to have a healthy diet. If you're eating terrible things, the calories and carbs will get to you fast. Eating healthier can improve your mood and give you a burst of energy to get through the day or your workout.
