According to this article, what is cognitive diversity, and how does this affect problem solving?

Overall, cognitive diversity is having many different stand points; especially when it comes to "information processing" styles, and variances on the perspectives of it, regardless gender, ethnicity or age.  

And the effect on problem solving is positive, since it provides many options and ideas to resolve issues in a more substantial way.

It's basically counting on people who have different styles to solve a problem hence they offer unique perspectives because they think differently.

That makes "a smarter team" that can tackle issues faster and easily because the issues can be approached in many different ways due some people can spot opportunities where others couldn't. Cognitive diversity is very important to a successful workplace.

i have read the novel roll of thunder hear my cry by mildred d. taylor.

1. this isn't like any other story i've read or watched because it is about a black family in mississippi right after slavery in the u.s. had become illegal. most of the novels i have read were about slavery. another point is that the author of the novel used symbolism in a way i haven't seen before. for example she uses thunder as something negative meaning something bad will happen. but by the end of the novel, she made thunder a good thing.

2.   one character that changed during the novel was stacey. stacey is the eldest child of the black logan family. around the begging of the novel stacey was avoiding the white boy jeremy simms. he had a dislike for jeremy's family. but at the end of the novel stacey began to like jeremy.

3. the author starts the novel with the problem that the children of the logan family have to avoid the white kid school bus while walking to school.

(i can't select because there is no options but, i will answer) using evidence effectively. most of the assignments you will do in university will ask you to make an argument, to take a stance, or to prove a hypothesis. the best way to do this is to research the topic, develop a thesis statement, hypothesis, or claim and then use evidence to support this claim.
