A compound complex sentence is formed by compound sentences and complex sentences. A compound sentence is  formed by two independent sentences, and a complex sentence is formed by a dependent or subordinate clause.  

In this example, the independent sentences are “The first is the snowstorm” and “the second is the blizzard” and the dependent or subordinate clause is “which brings large amounts of falling snow”.  

The 1st sentence is not an example of compound complex sentence since it is formed by independent sentences and does not have a dependent clause.

The 2nd sentence doesn't have dependent clauses so it isn't an example of compound complex sentence.

The 3rd sentence includes only independent clauses so it doesn't form a compound complex sentence.
