Sc. 1, lines 1–28: how do the words and tone of their speech illustrate the differences between benvolio and mercutio?

Benvolio is a cheerful and out-going person.  He is also a good friend and is in the mood for a party.  Mercurio is a very eloquent, talented and full of imagination.  He also likes to tease Romeo to humor him.  Both men though look out for Romeo and want nothing but to see him happy.

i do not think they will sing to me

which is a characteristic of dramatic point of view? it allows the audience to get deep inside a character's head. it often uses the pronouns i and me. it more easily allows the audience to make up their own minds about characters.
