The cost of delivering a package is based on the weight of the package. There is a flat fee of $5.00 for all packages. In addition to the flat fee, for packages between 2 pounds and 10 pounds there is a weight fee of $1.00 for every pound over 2 pounds. For packages over 10 pounds the weight fee is $5.00 for every pound over 10 pounds. If the package weights over 20 pounds but less than 100 pounds, the weight fee is $10.00 for every pound over 20 pounds. Packages over 100 pounds are not accepted. Write a program to accept the package weight from a user and then display the total cost to deliver the package.
