A rigid tank with volume of 8 m3 contains air gas. Initially, the air has p1 = 0.64 MPa and T1 = 47 °C in the tank. There is a valve on the top of the tank. Now the valve is opened to withdraw the air. The air mass flow rate through the valve is 0.032 kg/s. It is assumed that the air withdraws at 47 °C at the valve. Meanwhile, the tank is heated up with the heat transfer rate of 5.5757 kW. Air is considered as ideal gas. Gas constant of air is R = 0.287 kJ/kg·K. The kinetic and potential energy effects are negligible. Determine: After 10 minutes, the temperature T2 and pressure p2 of air in the tank.
