Problem (3) A volleyball player jump serves, hitting the ball at a height of 10 ft above the ground. The ball’s initial velocity is horizontal, and the ball strikes the ground 49 ft away. Determine the initial velocity of the ball AA and the velocity after impact with the floor BB, knowing that the coefficient of restitution is 0.8. Assume that the ground is smooth. Also determine the angle between the velocity after impact and the ground. (Hint: the line of impact is vertical). �
