Must use at least the following and at least one time:

- Start momentary PB/Stop momentary PB/ Internal bit hold
- 2 SQO instructions
one for output conditions for each step
one for time requirements for each step
- B3 Bit Data File for one SQO
- N7 Data File for the other SQO
- Timer
- MOV
- Reset PB

- You're creating a basic washing machine process using 2 sequencers
- There are to be 7 process steps with 7 "Real-World" outputs
- The steps and process times for each output are listed below:

1. Fill for wash (solenoid) 4 sec.
2. Wash (motor) 5 sec.
3. Drain (light 1 green) 3 sec.
4. Fill for Rinse (solenoid 2) 4 sec.
5. Rinse (motor) 5 sec.
6. Drain and Spin (light 1 green and light 2 yellow) 6 sec.
7. Stop and Sound Buzzer (light 3 red and buzzer) 2 sec.

[Start PB - I/0, Stop PB - I/1; Light 1 - O/0, Light 2 - O/1, Light 3 - O/2, Buzzer - O/3, Solenoid 1 - O/4, Solenoid 2 - O/5, Fan - O/6]

- There must be a "Home Process Step" when the cycle is started
- Sequence must stop and automatically reset last "process step"
- If the sequencer is stopped for any reason the real world outputs must de-energize
- Program must be retentive
- If there is a power loss or Stop PB that interrupts the sequencer, when power is returned the sequencer must pick up exactly where it left off. You must use the physical, momentary Start PB to restart the sequencer in this circumstance.
- The Reset PB will de-energize all outputs and allow the operator to push the Start PB so the process runs from the beginning with a home process step with no outputs

Goodluck!

A3-mm-thick panel of aluminum alloy (k 177 w/m-k, c 875 j/kg-k and ? = 2770 kg/m) is finished on both sides with an epoxy coating that must be cured at or above t,-150°c for at least 5 min. the production line for the curing operation involves two steps: (1) heating in a large oven with air at ts,0-175°c and a convection coefficient of h, 40 w/m2. k, and (2) cooling in a large chamber with air at 25°c and a con- vection coefficient of he 10 w/m2.k. the heating portion of the process is conducted over a time interval te which exceeds the ime required to reach 150°c by 5 min (h = r + 300 s). the coating has an emissivity of ? = 0.8, and the temperatures of the oven and chamber walls are 175 and 25°c, respectively. if the panel is placed in the oven at an initial temperature of 25°c and removed from the chamber at a safe-to-touch tempera ture of 37°c, what is the total elapsed time for the two-step curing operation?
