Can anyone work this out in entirety?
a 200 kg flywheel is at rest when a constant 300 nm couple mis
applied at time t=0. at t=28 s the flywheel reacheds itsrated speed
of 2400 rpm and couple is removed. knowing thatthe radius of
gyration of the flywheel is 400 mm, determine (a) theaverage
magnitude of the couple due to kinetic friction in thebearing, (b)
the time at which the flywheel comes torest.
