To turn on the track changes feature navigate to the __ tab. file home review page layout

When track changes are turned on, Microsoft word marks up new changes made to the document. When turned off, word stops marking up new changes. To turn on the track changes feature, you should navigate to the review tab, then click in the tracking group and choose Track changes.
