Answer the following questions fully as though you are responding to interview questions for a job you really want.
If you were talking with a customer on the phone and they wanted to connect a printer, second monitor, and a headset to their computer, explain how you would walk them through the process of connecting those 3 devices.
Further, explain how you would troubleshoot those connections if those devices were not working with their system.
