A coconut vendor sells coconuts for $8.00 each. If the customer buys more than 5 coconuts the vendor gives them one free coconut. He enters the number of coconuts sold to each customer. The program outputs the amount of money he should collect for each sale. When he enters 0 the program outputs the total number of customers for the day and the total total amount of money earned for the day as well as the number of free coconuts he gave away.
