Most (if not all) web browsers (e.g. Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.) are not built for managing what is on your computer. The most they are typically able to alter your computer's files is when downloading and uploading files that you have stored. Web browsers are meant to browse the internet and organize things available through an online service, such as email and online photos, but they cannot alter what is on your computer. The answer is false.
