Explanation:

Go to Settings > Personalization > Lock screen, and select Screen saver settings. In the Screen Saver Settings window, choose a screen saver from the drop-down list.

The way i do it is go to my photos on my laptop and go to the one i want and i right click on it and then it will give you options.

Explanation: Or you could go to a web browser and do the same thing but you wouldn't have to save the image to your device. hope this helps:)))
