You’re closing out a scene and really want to focus the audience’s attention on an item in your main character’s hand. What is a simple way to do this? Use dialog and say “look at my hand.”
Insert very loud and jarring music.
Get a close-up shot on the character’s hand with your camera.
Put a spotlight on the person’s face.
