Write a function createStudents() that takes the list of students' names, list of their GPAs, and length of the list (studentCount) as the parameter. The function dynamically allocate memory for studentCount number of students and assign the name and gpas for each of them from the passed list. During this process, the names are stored dynamically allocated memory for StringType, and also make sure you assign the length of the name appropriately.
