Brad is a senior business analyst in a software development firm. In addition to his official photocopies, he generates a couple of personal photocopies for his brother Brian. Brad also at times sends out unwarranted emails to his close colleagues during work hours for entertainment purposes. Once, while making a presentation for a client, he downloads a process model from the Internet, and uses it for his organization.
