how come when i put answers like "sorry need the free points"! on others stuff (o try it out) my comment gets deleted, but whatever the heck some idiot does it on one of my questions it doesn't get deleted???

Because it all depends on if it gets reported or not. If it gets reported for a valid reason such as that then it will get taken down. However if it does not or the bot overlooks the report then it will not.
