Well, my parents paid 72 dollars per month for the last few years to get 100 Mbps whereas your services show that you only need to pay 40$ to get 200 Mbps. Can they get reiumbered for the extra charges. I only realized when I needed to help them change their data plan? What should be my steps? I already talked to the support center and they refused to pay back or provide other forms of compensation.
