On occasion, you may need to make small adjustments from the Print pane to fit your workbook content neatly onto a printed page. You can fit and scale your content on the Print page using the tool(s).

Explanation:

In MS Excel, sometimes the contents of the workbook do not fit on to a printed page or some content might get cut instead of exactly fitting on the printed page. So in that case you need to make adjustments for the content to fit in well. For this purpose, there are certain tools available in Print Pane such as page margins, scaling. You can see options in Print Pane related orientation, scaling, page margins.

So you can adjust the workbook contents using scaling tool which has a drop down menu. This is set to No Scaling by default but you can change the scaling option to fit your workbook content from one of the options available in the drop down menu such as Fit All Columns on One Page, Fit Sheet On The Page, Fit All Rows on One Page.

There is another tool available for such adjustments which is page margins. Page margin drop down menu is set to Normal Margins by default. In order to fit your workbook content neatly onto a printed page you can use one of the available choices for page margins such as Wide or Narrow.
