The seven orientation scales measure the individual interests as well as compare them to various occupations for finding a career that best according to your interests. And all these tests do the ratings of the people according to seven orientation scales: Organizing, Influencing, Analyzing, Helping, Producing, Creating, Adventuring. And these seven words are self-explanatory, Like Organizing means to what level you can bring the people together, and make them work as an organization, or group to be simpler. Also, the more in-depth knowledge you have about something, more influencing you are going to be, similarly more knowledgeable and advanced in studies you are, more quickly you will complete your work, and more helpful you will end up being. And you will be able to take more risks and be adventurous. The better product you are going to produce. And sharper mind you have, better is going to be your analysis. And if you have all the qualities required, you will finally end up being a creator. You can rate the people on each of these as basic, and give then ratings from 1 to 10. The applicant with maximum ratings overall is the good one.
